SHIPPING

We offer nationwide shipping within the United States and provide a local pickup option for convenience. We use multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 days) by default. Larger orders may be shipped through UPS or FedEx, depending on availability and shipping quotes.
• Local Pickup: Available for customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly.
• Shipping Costs: Fees are calculated based on the weight and size of items.
• Packaging & Quality: To maintain product quality, garlic is packaged in well-ventilated boxes. Customers are encouraged to open packages upon arrival and store garlic in a cool, dry place.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping times vary based on location and chosen carrier.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns. However, in certain circumstances, if a package arrives damaged, please take a picture and call us immediately for assistance. 

Garlic is perishable, and for best results, it should be planted as soon as possible upon arrival. While we take every measure to provide high-quality seed, we cannot absolutely guarantee its performance due to variables such as soil preparation, care, planting time, and climate conditions.
